Setting up Hilborn Injection for the Flathead

Setting up Fuel Injection is pretty straightforward for the Flathead.  To learn more about this subject you should log on to Jim Harvey’s Site found on the links page.

If you plan to use Fuel injection I would strongly suggest that you purchase Jim’s book on the subject. It is one of the best publications on setting up Mechanical Fuel injection. On this page I am going to simplify this by introducing charts and tables to get you in the ballpark and get your engine running.  By no means are my figures going to be the final, for that, by the book.

These figures are calculated with an BL420 old style Hilborn pump
